LIABILITY:    All items are sold “As Is” and “Where is” without warranty either expressed or implied.   Condition of this property is used and untested to any degree.  Therefore, the City of Novi offers no warranty whatsoever as to the condition or fitness for any use or purpose. 

All sales will be final.  Descriptions are believed to be accurate.  The City of Novi assumes no liability for inaccurate or erroneous descriptions contained in any descriptive material pertaining to the auctioned items. 

The City of Novi may withdraw an item at any time from the auction sale.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

PAYMENT METHODS:  The Seller accepts Cashiers Check, Money Order or Exact Cash only.  All items purchased must be paid in full.  No personal, out-of-state, or Canadian checks will be accepted.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:  Payment is to be made to the City of Novi, 45175 W. Ten Mile Rd., Novi, MI  48375. 

Purchaser must have a prearranged appointment to make payment and pick up item(s).   Please email smorianti@cityofnovi.org   to arrange an appointment.  All prearranged appointments must be scheduled and item(s) picked up within SEVEN (7) days after date of invoice.  Payments are accepted during the hours of 9 am – 3 pm only.  There will be no exceptions.

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:  The vehicle will be available for pick up between at the Department of Public Services, 26300 Delwal Dr., Novi, MI  48375 after payment is made.

All purchased items are to be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser.  Items must be picked up in person with a valid picture I.D..   Mailing/delivery services cannot be provided.  The items must be removed without City staff participation. 

TIME LIMIT:  If item(s) are not picked up at the prearranged scheduled date and time, the City of Novi reserves the right to retain the item(s) and re-list them on the auction website.
