1981 Allis Chalmers ACC-30-LP Lift Truck

FOR SALE: 1981 Allis Chalmers ACC-30-LP Lift Truck with 36” forks, Serial number 133494 with 2,565 hours.  Lift working when taken out of service July, 2009.  RCMC equipment #6600.

INSPECTION: It is strongly recommended that all interested parties inspect each item thoroughly before an offer to purchase is submitted. Defects may exist and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify the functional ability of the equipment listed.  Test drives will not be permitted. LIABILITY: All items are sold “as is” and “where iswithout warranty either expressed or implied. All sales will be final. The Road Commission may withdraw an item at any time from the auction sale. If conditions of this sale are unclear, please contact the Purchasing Department for clarification at (586) 703-1252.

The Road Commission of Macomb County assumes no liability for inaccurate or erroneous descriptions contained in any descriptive material pertaining to the auctioned equipment.

PICK-UP: Purchaser must have a pre-arranged appointment.  Please call the Road Commission of Macomb County Purchasing Department at (586) 703-1252 or e-mail JoAnna Strizic at jstrizic@rcmcweb.org  to arrange an appointment to pick up item purchased.  All pre-arranged appointments must be scheduled and pick up of equipment within ten working days after notice. The equipment can be picked up at the Clinton Twp. Service Center, 34592 Nova Street, Clinton Twp, MI 48035 between the hours of 8:00am – 3:00pm.  All equipment is to be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Items must be picked up in person from the Road Commission, delivery service cannot be provided. The equipment must be removed without Road Commission staff participation.

TIME LIMIT: If equipment is not picked up within 10 working days after the auction expiration date and time, the Road Commission reserves the right to retain the equipment and re-list the equipment for auction.

PAYMENT: All equipment purchased must be paid in full. Invoice must be picked up and payment is presented in the Finance Office 3rd floor, 117 South Groesbeck, Mt. Clemens, MI 48043 between the hours of 8:30am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm. The Finance Department accepts money orders or a certified check. NO CASH, PERSONAL CHECKS, OUT-OF-STATE, OR CANADIAN CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The receipt and title must be presented at pick up location before the equipment can be removed from Road Commission premises.

TITLE: Titles will only be issued in the name(s) of the person or persons listed as the awarded bidder on the surplus auction site. Without exception, the selling price of vehicle will be listed on the title by the Finance Department.

TAX EXEMPTION: If a governmental entity, school or car dealer is the successful bidder, a tax exemption form will be required before the item can be removed from the premises.
