The Western New York Online Bid System, is a website for agencies within this region to notify any interested company of our bid and contract opportunities.

Companies now have access to all bid information posted by all participating agencies from this website.  This system provides instant access to all of our Bids, RFP's, Quotes, Addenda and Awards online.  In addition to the current users, many other agencies are expected to join in the near future, so please check back frequently to watch us grow!

Companies can register to be notified of these opportunites by clicking on the link to "Vendor Registration" above or clicking either of the "Sign Up" buttons to the right.  If you need assistance when registering, please contact BidNet.  BidNet provides all technical and customer support for the system and will be happy to assist you during normal business hours (8:00 A.M. - 8:30 P.M.
