In June 2004, the The Network Bid System was created to allow all vendors easy online access to Bids, RFP's, RFQ's, Addenda and bid results. Additional agencies within the Southern California area are expected to join this system, so please check back and watch us grow!
Effective July 1, 2004 all interested vendors may register to access this information, by clicking on the "Vendor Registration" link above. If you need assistance when registering, please contact BidNet. BidNet provides all technical and customer support for this system and will be happy to assist you anytime.
As of 3/31/2023 there have been 4157 solicitations posted on this system. Of these, 2778 required
hardcopy responses, 1331 allowed vendors to respond online, 48 allowed vendors to respond hardcopy and online and
1430 awards have been finalized.
We look forward to providing our vendors with more bid information, with less paperwork, and an easier method of
doing business with us. We are excited about expanding this bid system and look forward to everyone's participation.
