Summary of Specifications: 
The City of Colton is seeking to enter into an exclusive contract for supplemental Plan Review, Permits Counter Services, and Building Inspection services with a diversified civil engineering firm experienced in providing municipal services.  The initial contract will provide for a minimum one-year term, starting November 21, 2019, with up to four one-year extensions at the discretion of the City of Colton.
