All installation of the landscape project shall follow the approved Landscape  Architectural plans provided by Community Works Design Group, Landscape  Architects for the La Cadena Turf Removal and Landscape Improvement Project  (All Plan Sets will be provided by the City electronically) •Removal of existing turf, shrubs, trees, specific irrigation equipment •Protection of stamped concrete, specific site elements •Modernization of irrigation system •Installation of water efficient plant material  •Construction of City Monument signage •Installation of decorative rock materials
