Summary of Specifications: 
The City of Colton, on behalf of the Community Services Department is seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide Print/Mail services throughout the year (three times per year) as detailed in Appendix A. 25,000 brochures per mailing as follows:  Covers, 16.5 x 10.75 White 100# Luna Gloss Book, printed 4 colors front in C,Y.M.K. ink 2 colors back in Black & Reflex Blue Ink  (6) 17 film output, 2400 dpi  Text 8 2/2 and 1 4/4, 11 x 17 White 20# Bond, printed 2 colors front in Black + Accent Ink Color (to change quarterly at discretion of City staff) 2 colors back in Black + Reflex Blue ink  Fold, gather, stitch & Trim QT #23-8
